Steadfast LA Modular Housing Initiative
Steadfast LA is excited to announce that eligible homeowners can now submit their information through the Steadfast LA website to be considered for a modular home. They have collaborated with HomeAid OCLA, loanDepot, and Armanino Advisory LLC, to manage, administer, and facilitate Steadfast LA Foundation’s grant-making process, ensuring that the recipients who receive modular housing grants have demonstrated financial need.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
You must be a property owner who lost your primary residence in the January 2025 LA wildfires
Your home must have been uninsured or underinsured for rebuilding
You must demonstrate financial need based on your annual income and net worth (excluding the value of your property and taking into account any insurance proceeds and any disaster relief assistance you may receive from the government or other organizations).
You must have opted in for debris removal, and your property must be capable of accommodating a modular home. This will be determined by a participating modular homebuilder.
You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have lived in your home for at least five years
Neither you nor any of your family members are related to any director, officer, employee, or substantial contributor of Steadfast LA Foundation or any of the participating program collaborators (currently Armanino Advisory LLC, HomeAid OCLA, loanDepot, and Samara)
